About the Role
As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers, ensuring a positive brand experience. Your drive will contribute to customer loyalty and repeat business. Any hours worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment to ensure shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
- Reducing wastage through product due diligence and markdowns.
- Supporting the wider shop team with tasks such as checkout assistance, managing Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer orders.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- Ability to work at the specified location and fulfill advertised hours.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment vetting, which may include DBS checks and financial probity checks.
