About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver Unified Endpoint Management services across Windows and mobile devices, configuring Microsoft Intune policies for security, compliance, device configuration, and patch management.
- Create accurate production device profiles and deployment policies.
- Support CyberArk Privilege Management policies.
- Build and maintain Privileged Access Workstation devices using Intune configuration profiles and policies.
- Own assigned endpoint platform capabilities, ensuring they are secure, reliable, documented, and aligned with operational requirements.
- Support upgrades, service improvements, and operational change for endpoint platforms.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and project tasks.
- Provide second- and third-line endpoint support.
- Balance operational support with engineering development work.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation, reporting solutions, and API integrations.
- Drive improvements in endpoint security, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Support vulnerability management and security remediation programs.
- Maintain technical documentation and process workflows.
- Independently deliver technical projects and service improvements.
- Provide out-of-hours support through the team on-call rota.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Unified Endpoint Management in a large-scale Windows enterprise organization, including Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance, configuration profiles, device policies, or patch management.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or APIs, or a clear willingness to develop these skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding, and diagnostic skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document changes, describe workflows, and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to independently deliver technical projects and service improvements while balancing operational support with engineering development activities.
- A reliable, accurate, and conscientious approach.
- A strong team focus.
- An interest in security, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Appropriate right to work in the UK.
