About the Role

A Child's Place has several Teacher Aide positions available in Troy, NY. This location is on the bus line!

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
  • Assist with getting children to and from buses and activities.
  • Help to maintain a fun and interactive classroom.
  • Assist with clean up and organization of the classroom.
  • Help create an environment where children develop and learn to be successful in school.
  • Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements

  • Must be able to get to work on time through a reliable form of transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Positive energy a must!

Salary/Compensations

  • $1250 sign on bonus may apply
