About the Role
The Montessori Stiftung Berlin is seeking a passionate elementary school music teacher to join their team and contribute to a vibrant, practical learning environment based on Montessori principles.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen the team with an interest in project-oriented, holistic learning.
- Engage in teamwork and collaborative planning of action-oriented learning projects.
- Show interest in individual learning support.
- Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and drive.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate is a trained teacher with a second state examination and relevant professional experience, preferably with national or international Montessori training.
- Master's students for teacher trainees or equivalent study programs with a completed Bachelor's degree are also considered.
- Open to career changers or teachers with a Master's degree or first state examination who are willing to learn Montessori pedagogy.
- Must possess a passion for music and a child-oriented approach to education.
