About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our properties. This role is crucial for ensuring a pleasant environment for our residents and clients.
Responsibilities
- Performing cleaning tasks in indoor and outdoor areas according to the established cleaning plan and hygiene standards.
- Maintaining and cleaning floors, windows, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Reporting damages, soiling, or irregularities to the responsible party for prompt resolution.
- Carrying out special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or seasonal special tasks as instructed.
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the cleaning depot, including the care and control of cleaning utensils.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or craft qualifications.
- Career changers are also welcome.
- Good German language skills.
- Reliability, team spirit, and high self-motivation.
- A strong awareness of order and cleanliness.
- Helpful and friendly interaction with customers, tenants, and colleagues.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks independently.
- A driver's license class B would be advantageous, but is not strictly required.
