About the Role
At EY-Parthenon, you will support CEOs, boards, and private equity firms in transaction-based transformations, from initial strategic thinking to successful implementation. You will work on groundbreaking projects across various industries, focusing on strategy realignment, optimization, transformative deals, and restructuring. Utilizing data-driven insights and AI technologies, you will explore new markets, drive growth, and develop corporate and capital strategies that make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Advise national and international companies on IT strategic issues, particularly in designing IT Target Operating Models and comprehensive transformation programs.
- Support structural change situations such as transactions (e.g., carve-outs, integrations), turnaround programs, and restructuring concepts with a focus on value creation.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, transformations, optimizations, and cost reductions.
- Combine strategic AI consulting with technological implementation, contributing expertise in areas like AI architecture, advanced analytics, data engineering, or intelligent automation.
Requirements
- Completed university degree (above average) in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field, with a strong interest in IT strategy and transaction consulting.
- Initial practical experience in (IT) strategy or transaction consulting (Consultant) or at least two years of professional experience (Senior Consultant) in IT project management, preferably with a focus on IT strategy, transformation, or AI.
- Very good understanding of corporate IT environments.
- Critically question facts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
