About the Role
As the Lead Product Analyst in Cash Management, you will shape our Post-Funding, Conversions and Treasury products by building models, KPIs, and decision frameworks. This high-autonomy role involves turning ambiguous problems into clear insights and product bets, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve volume, reduce friction, and increase margin.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact, scalable data solutions, including building and maintaining robust models and data products.
- Proactively manage team KPIs, ensuring clear measurement and understanding of product performance.
- Undertake deep-dives and provide actionable recommendations to drive product objectives and roadmap.
- Leverage advanced analytics, crafting dashboards and visualizations to present product performance data.
- Conduct opportunity sizing for product initiatives to understand short-term and long-term impacts.
- Support product discovery through market sizing, research, and scenario modelling.
Requirements
- Experience working in payments and/or banking.
- Proficiency with SQL and data pipeline management tools (Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, Lightdash).
- Comfortable owning analytics from data transformation through to delivering actionable insights.
- Commercially minded, able to translate analysis into impact.
- Experience with opportunity sizing, prioritization, and scenario modelling.
- Experience working in a high-growth B2B tech environment.
- Experience working closely with product teams.
- Solution-oriented with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
- Comfortable motivating stakeholders and negotiating timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate opinions and influence stakeholders.
- Comfortable writing and maintaining clear and concise documentation and analysis.
