About the Role

Relias is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (m/f/d) for E-Learning to join their Didactics and Course Development department in Berlin. This role involves creating and revising scripts for interactive e-learning courses tailored to the German healthcare and social services sector, conceptualizing courses with external experts, and collaborating with course developers on content implementation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise scripts for interactive e-learning courses targeting various groups within the German healthcare and social services sector.
• Recruit external subject matter experts and conceptualize e-learning courses in collaboration with them.
• Collaborate with course developers on the implementation of subject matter content.
• Conduct systematic research on topics related to further education offerings in the e-learning field.
• Engage in constructive exchange and collaboration with other company departments and colleagues from the international Relias team.

Requirements

• Background in nursing or medicine.
• University degree (Bachelor's or higher).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with individuals in the healthcare and social services sector.
• Experience or additional qualifications in teaching, didactics, or instructional design are desirable.
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level) and good English language skills (B2 level) in speaking and writing.
• Experience working with scientific sources, legal texts, guidelines, and directives.
• A sense for logical text structure and consistency.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
• Openness to using artificial intelligence.
• Communication and negotiation skills when dealing with external subject matter experts.
• High personal willingness to learn.
