About the Role

Manage a service portfolio in a designated geographical location, leading a team of Pest Elimination Service Specialists to provide comprehensive pest management solutions to various commercial establishments. This role involves coordinating district services, ensuring service excellence, managing routes, pursuing sales, conducting quality assurance, and driving team performance through recruiting, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of route service specialists responsible for delivering pest elimination solutions to customers.
  • Effectively select, train, develop and coach service specialists with emphasis on customer retention, growing existing account add-on sales, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and coach a District Manager and Associate District Manager on leading the night route service specialists with emphasis on successful district results.
  • Manage area business process to maximize route productivity and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Fully understand Ecolab protocols and procedures to assure quality service and compliance with applicable regulations / laws.
  • Manage district P&L to maximize profitability.
  • Retain and grow existing customers by ensuring consistent service delivery and achieving district operating income objectives.
  • Inspire, motivate, and engage the team to achieve district goals and create shared ownership for success.

Requirements

  • Degree and 1 year of Ecolab or people management experience OR a combination of Ecolab, people management or education experience equivalent to a degree.
  • More than 1 year experience as a Health & Safety Champion (If Internal).
  • Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Exceptional communication & organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English.
  • Able to travel up to 30% including overnight for business.
  • Possess or able to obtain RSPH Level 2 Pest Management Award.

  • Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
