About the Role
Nissan’s Global Customer Experience organisation is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Technical Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Vice President during a 9-month maternity cover. This role serves as a key coordination point between the VP, customer experience leaders, regional teams, senior stakeholders, and corporate functions, ensuring the efficient management of priorities, communication, business reporting, and strategic activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and consolidation of regional and global reports and presentations.
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to consolidate for the VP.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
- Prioritise communication plan and content calendar for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials, record minutes, and track action items.
- Execute editorial review and uphold communications quality.
- Assist in the management of strategic projects and business initiatives led by the VP.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient business operations.
- Manage vendor alignment and negotiation on key topics.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior leaders, regional teams, and external partners.
- Build effective working relationships across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Solid experience supporting senior executives in a multinational & multicultural environment required.
- Experience within automotive, marketing & sales, or other fast-paced corporate environments preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
