About the Role

Accenture's Macro Foresight team, part of CEO Advisory, helps clients anticipate disruption and volatility by analyzing external environments and building long-term strategies for competitiveness and resilience. This role focuses on leading client efforts in the UK and Ireland, owning a portfolio of work, deepening client relationships, and building the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the UK capability, owning a portfolio of engagements and building market presence.
  • Advise C-suite and boards on how global shifts reshape strategy and capital allocation.
  • Integrate wider firm capabilities, including industry, AI, and data science teams, into client engagements.
  • Identify opportunities, build senior relationships, and secure new engagements.
  • Guide the team in utilizing AI models, agents, and the AI Foresight platform, and lead the productization of AI-enabled services.
  • Coach and mentor team members, setting high standards for analytical and technical craft.
  • Shape thought leadership and external profile through macro briefs, points of view, board-level briefings, and industry forum participation.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years in strategy consulting, corporate finance, economic or geopolitical advisory, or investment.
  • Over 4 years of experience leading teams and complex engagements.
  • Proven ability to be a player-coach, providing leadership, mentorship, and team growth.
  • Deep understanding of macroeconomics and geopolitics and their impact on large organizations.
  • Track record of building senior client relationships and winning new work.
  • Credibility to engage with CEOs, C-suite clients, and board members.
  • Fluency with AI-enabled ways of working and confidence in championing AI-driven approaches.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • The right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Eligibility for visa sponsorship if required.
