About the Role
Remodel Hosts actively guide customers around the store for areas that have been relocated or are currently being relocated.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by openly approaching customers and advising them of ongoing changes in the store.
- Support ongoing remodel activities by providing customers with guidance to find items that have been moved to a new location.
- Support ongoing remodel activities by being aware of areas under construction and speaking knowledgeably with customers about ongoing changes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about Company policies, guidelines, and processes regarding the handling of damaged and recalled merchandise.
- Ensure all New Store Programs and systems are implemented and followed on a continuous basis.
- Assist with returning non-purchased items from the courtesy desk back to their assigned departments.
