About the Role
The 30k Project Training and Formation Lead will develop a new generation of Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) ministers. This role involves providing spiritual, theological, and practical leadership for national Christian training and formation initiatives, strengthening pathways into Christian ministry, and connecting vocation, volunteering, and learning opportunities. The position supports the Church of England's vision to equip 30,000 new ministers by 2030.
Responsibilities
