About the Role

Thérapie Clinic is Europe's fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic, seeking a Clinic Coordinator for its Clapham Junction location. This role ensures an exceptional client journey by supporting client satisfaction, revenue goals, and sales performance, fostering an environment where employees can do their best work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service from first contact to follow-up.
• Proactively manage online reviews and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Maximize clinic efficiency through smart diary and booking management.
• Manage stock accurately, including AWI deductions.
• Drive and convert consultations with strong upselling and cross-selling.
• Meet KPIs for consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend.
• Ensure a seamless check-in/out journey for every client.
• Promote skin consultations and identify upsell opportunities via forms.
• Track AWI stock, ensure clinical room standards, and handle client retention calls.

Requirements

• Qualified Beauty Therapist.
• Proven experience in client experience management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
