  • Define acceptance criteria and definition of done for each work item.
  • Plan and coordinate testing of builds with business owners, including test scripts, sign-off, and defect tracking.
  • Administer Jira and Confluence boards, maintaining tickets and the change log.
  • Build reporting dashboards for governance and delivery tracking.
  • Identify automation opportunities and build smaller automations using Power Automate.
  • Utilise tools like EverWorker and AI assistants to enhance team automation capabilities.
  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Client Services, Client Operations, Reporting, and Marketing teams.
  • Prepare meeting materials and governance session documentation.
  • Capture meeting notes and actions, and maintain trackers.
  • Support annual CRS, FATCA, and HMRC filings accurately and within deadlines.
  • Support annual VCT and ISA filings.
  • Assist with team audits and regulator engagement, including responding to auditor and DDQ requests.
  • Support the production of recurring MI and KPI reporting.
  • Extract and quality-check Salesforce MI and data for departmental reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Flag data quality issues or unusual patterns in data.
  • Provide oversight for automated reporting processes and support directly as needed.
  • Support ad hoc business needs and cross-functional initiatives.
