About the Role

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee frontline environmental services teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. You’ll play a key part in scheduling, training, and supporting daily operations, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Requirements

  • High School/GED or associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising environmental services or custodial teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulatory standards within facilities operations.
  • Multitasking skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and supporting operational goals.
  • Clear and confident communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Technical proficiency in custodial tools, processes, and systems to support daily operations.
