About the Role

As a Creative Artworker for White Stuff, your main responsibility is the creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform digital and print materials adhering to brand guidelines, driving the brand forward. You are an all-rounder with skills in both print and digital design, able to seamlessly adapt and execute creative concepts across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Following direction from the Senior Graphic Designer, work collaboratively with the multi-channel design team to artwork seasonal campaigns across all channels, including print, digital, and social execution.
  • Artwork and deliver print-ready collateral, including in-store POS, look books, packaging, PR event assets, and OOH.
  • Artwork digital assets including emails, paid ads, and site deliverables across BAU and campaign.
  • Work with the digital team to update and upkeep standardized templates.
  • Deliver high-quality artwork within agreed deadlines, ensuring accuracy across all content and meeting technical specifications for print and digital media.
  • Uphold visual standards across typography, layout, color, and logo usage.
  • Suggest alternative formats or layouts where appropriate, while ensuring continuity across deliverables.
  • Produce presentation material for reviews.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a creative artworker role, ideally within a fashion retail in-house studio or an agency with a similar client portfolio.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both technical proficiency and creative flair across print and digital projects.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of Figma is also desirable.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent understanding of print and digital production, including color management.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong self-initiative.
  • Ability to work efficiently and understand priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent execution of work.
