About the Role

Virgin Active is seeking two Lifeguards to join their Operations Team, contributing to the creation of safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environments for members within their evolving Social Wellness Clubs. This role emphasizes maintaining high standards of poolside safety, cleanliness, and member experience, acting as a club ambassador, and responding effectively to situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety of members in pool and spa areas.
• Acting in a safe manner and completing safety checks accurately.
• Monitoring and adjusting water chemical levels.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all areas to high standards.
• Complying with mandatory training and health and safety regulations.
• Fulfilling duty shifts, managing staffing, and addressing facility issues.

Requirements

• Current Lifeguard qualification.
• Fully registered with either an IQL National Pool Qualification (RLSS), HABC Level 2 Award in Pool Lifeguarding (RQF), or STA Professional Award for Pool Lifeguard (RQF).

Skills
