About the Role
At London Care, we are seeking compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated Basildon branch team. This role offers flexible hours, meaningful work, and the opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives by supporting clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support.
- Helping clients manage their prescriptions safely.
- Assisting with cooking and nutrition.
- Shopping and light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).
- Providing vital emotional support and a friendly face.
- Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and independence.
Requirements

- Great communication and a collaborative team spirit.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role.
