About the Role
St. Catherine's is offering a fully paid Nursing Assistant Training Program for individuals with no or limited prior health care experience. Upon successful completion, participants will transition into a full-time or part-time role at the hospital, learning from top-tier professionals and making a meaningful impact on patient lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care activities including hygienic care (bathing, showering, shaving, etc.)
- Assist with patient hydration and nutrition
- Facilitate ambulation and transportation of patients
- Engage in therapeutic communication
- Assist in emergency situations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Agreement to a 1-year commitment period working at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital upon successful completion of the training program
