About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Operations team and support the delivery of strategic projects, PMO governance, and operational improvements across the Group. This is a varied role for someone highly organised, delivery-focused, and confident working with stakeholders to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of PMO standards, governance frameworks, templates, reporting mechanisms, and project controls to strengthen portfolio management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project and operational objectives are understood, activity is coordinated effectively, and communication remains clear throughout the project life cycle.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, changes, and decisions, ensuring appropriate records are maintained and key matters are escalated.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for senior stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making, effective governance, and delivery confidence.
  • Support operational management activity, including process improvement, documentation, vendor coordination, office management, policy adoption, and the rollout of Group procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO delivery, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver to agreed deadlines.
  • Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on producing accurate, consistent, and high-quality work.
  • Confident stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, influence appropriately, and work collaboratively across a complex environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information accurately, concisely, and professionally through reports, presentations, and project updates.
  • Ability to translate project, programme, and change requirements into clear, practical documentation, guidance, and communication for different audiences.
  • Proactive, flexible, and delivery-focused, with the confidence to work independently or as part of a team to turn plans, ideas, and strategy into tangible outcomes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
