About the Role
Stacks is seeking a highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven Enterprise Account Executive to drive US expansion. This role offers a significant opportunity to shape the company's go-to-market strategy and accelerate your career in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification through to closing and activation.
- Engage with Controllers, VPs of Finance, and CFOs to champion Stacks.
- Understand prospect pain points and map them to Stacks through tailored, value-driven conversations.
- Displace legacy vendors through strategic positioning.
- Sell to senior finance decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures in the Mid-Market & Enterprise space.
- Build deep account plans across global organizations.
- Quickly learn and understand the product and the monthly close workflow.
- Act as a liaison across Product, Security, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Build relationships with finance teams across Europe to support expansion.
- Shape Stacks’ Enterprise Go-to-Market motion and field playbooks.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of SaaS Enterprise Experience with proven success in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Experience selling complex B2B SaaS to Mid-Market or Enterprise customers, with a history of closing six-figure or seven-figure deals.
- Finance SaaS Selling Experience, ideally with financial reporting, planning, ERP, or close automation tools, and understanding of the Office of the CFO's needs.
- Flawless sales execution, including prospecting, qualifying, discovery, demo tailoring, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to manage complex, longer sales cycles.
- Strong product acumen, with the ability to quickly understand complex tools and explain them clearly to both finance and technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial energy, with a proven ability to build from scratch, thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and bring structure.
- A consistent record of exceeding quota and excelling in high-performance environments.
