About the Role

In Risk Management/Compliance, you will support the team in handling compliance matters and internal investigations of potential compliance violations. You will take on diverse tasks, including administrative and organizational support, preparing and conducting internal investigations, assisting with awareness measures, coordinating collaboration with other functions, and supporting the further development of internal compliance processes.

Responsibilities

Support with administrative and organizational tasks in the Compliance and Ethics team, including organizational case management, execution and documentation of procedural work steps, deadline and time management, and general process support.
Support in the preparation and execution of internal compliance investigations, including protocolling conversations, conducting initial interviews, gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing legally admissible documentation.
Support in the creation and execution of awareness measures, including the development of training materials and communication for employees to promote awareness of compliance and ethics.
Coordinate collaboration and alignment with other functions (e.g., labor law, data protection) and participate in regular reporting to management and other stakeholders at local and regional levels.
Support the further development of internal compliance processes as well as the short-term handling of ad hoc requests in a constantly changing dynamic environment.

Requirements

Completed degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Initial experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Financial Audit, or a related function.
Very good communication skills in German and English.
