About the Role
As an EC Site Planning and Operations Manager for HP Store Japan, you will be responsible for driving digital sales strategies and directing EC site development to maximize sales and profits. This role offers broad autonomy from planning to execution within the SMB and consumer direct sales division, focusing on the consumer segment. You will collaborate with various internal teams, global counterparts, and external partners, requiring strong project management skills. - EC site strategy planning and operations

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in EC site or web service strategy planning and operations
- Knowledge and experience in SEO and content marketing
- Knowledge and experience in internet advertising operations
- Knowledge of EC site systems
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for business use
- Communication skills for interacting with international teams
- High sense of ownership and strong will to tackle challenges
