About the Role
As an Associate Relationship Manager for Launchpad EMEA, you will be Salesforce's primary representative in the European startup ecosystem. Your role involves building scalable programs, driving technical engagement, and assisting VC-backed founders in maximizing the value they derive from the Salesforce platform. You will operate at the intersection of the startup community, AI-powered tools, and enterprise software, collaborating closely with EMEA SMB sales leadership and the global Launchpad team.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical engagement and value creation across the EMEA startup landscape by configuring use cases, demonstrating Agentforce capabilities, and explaining the benefits of Headless 360 and AgentExchange to founders.
- Serve as a credible technical resource for companies lacking enterprise-level support.
- Own the end-to-end EMEA Launchpad program pipeline, including designing and building repeatable engagement programs for startups from accelerator to growth stages.
- Collaborate with EMEA SMB sales leadership and account teams to identify, prioritize, and engage VC-backed companies in a value-led manner.
- Enable the EMEA sales organization by conducting enablement sessions and office hours for sales leaders and AEs.
- Scale effective strategies across the broader team in collaboration with Launchpad leadership.
- Build and host founder and ecosystem events across EMEA, such as curated breakfasts, innovation centre events, and partner activations.
- Contribute to strategic portfolio reviews with data-driven insights on the European startup landscape.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or products from scratch in an early-stage, high-growth, or startup-adjacent environment.
- Technical fluency with platform configuration, AI-powered tools, and developer tooling.
- Ability to earn trust and hold credible conversations with technical founders, operators, and engineering teams.
- Direct experience working in or closely with the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of how VC-backed companies operate and founder priorities at different growth stages.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Track record of effective collaboration across sales, technical, and executive stakeholders in complex environments.
