About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team, to maximize the potential of our courses and make a real difference in the lives of our participants. We are looking for a committed BAMF language instructor for our vocational language courses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver passionate instruction, engaging participants in integration courses with dedication and expertise.
- Ensure thorough preparation and follow-up for all teaching units.
- Focus on supporting participants optimally and maximizing their learning experience.
- Maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment, managing changing tasks, spontaneous course adjustments, and parallel demands.
Requirements
- Completed degree in German Studies, Linguistics, Pedagogy, or a completed vocational training in a linguistic field, or a similar qualification.
- Possess BAMF approval for teaching in integration courses according to §15 IntV Abs. 1 and a BSK approval.
- Desire to share knowledge and gain pedagogical experience as a lecturer/trainer/teacher in adult education.
- Organized and self-reliant work style.
- Strong social skills and commitment to knowledge transfer and participant interaction.
- Proficient German language skills at a minimum C1 level.
