About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Kita leader for our Nusshütte Groß-Berliner-Damm facility in Berlin (Treptow-Köpenick). This role involves actively engaging with 30 children, fostering their development in an environment of appreciation and openness.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in pedagogical work with children.
- Develop pedagogical quality according to the provider's standards.
- Manage administrative tasks within the Kita.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working with children and families, meeting them at eye level and adapting to their needs and interests.
- Desire for professional development or existing additional qualifications in areas such as language support, inclusion/integration, nutrition, movement, nature pedagogy, or music education.
- Commitment to equal educational opportunities for all children, regardless of origin or family language.
- Possess personnel management skills.
- Familiarity with administrative topics in a Kita setting.
