About the Role
PA Consulting is seeking dynamic individuals to help clients understand the potential benefits of trusted digitisation enabled by digital trust and good cyber security, as we grow our Cyber Transformation capability. You will help our clients develop innovative services that improve outcomes, take care closer to home, and deliver a great patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Take new service propositions to the market
- Develop new business and strong client relationships
- Lead and deliver great work
- Take accountability for the delivery of technical cyber security engagements
- Lead multiple engagements on a day-to-day basis
- Lead sales and business development initiatives in the Health & Life Sciences sector
- Act as an integral part of the broader Digital Trust and Cyber Security leadership team
- Build and manage excellent networks and client relationships across a range of organisations within the HLS sector
- Build and run a highly effective team that delivers client outcomes and develops the team and individuals
Requirements
- Experience working with Health and Life sciences organisations
- Experience helping clients structure their thinking to identify key requirements, challenges, opportunities, and aspirations
- Experience with regulatory environments, with a focus on cyber security and privacy regulations
- Commercial awareness and industry relationships enabling achievement of revenue in the region of £1.5+ million per year
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels up to Board level
- Strong network across HLS leaders
- Trusted and respected leader with the ability to build and run a highly effective team
