About the Role

As an expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking, you will design integrated HR solutions that combine global standards, local requirements, and a modern employee experience. You will help clients simplify, automate, and securely transition complex payroll and time management processes into future-proof SAP SuccessFactors landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements from payroll and time management into stable, integrated, and practical SAP system solutions.
• Optimize payroll processes through the targeted use of the Payroll Control Center, intelligent process automation, and AI scenarios.
• Evaluate time management requirements in the SAP standard of Time Tracking, develop suitable solution approaches, and supplement missing functionalities with the SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Integrate Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Time Tracking into a consistent, efficient, and user-friendly HR system landscape.
• Take responsibility in workstreams or challenging HR IT projects and act as a sparring partner for clients in the transformation of their HR core, payroll, and time management processes.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in SAP Payroll and Time Management, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
• Knowledge of German requirements in tax, social security, payroll, and time management, and the ability to translate these into SAP-based process and system solutions.
• Confident communication with stakeholders.
• Consistent customer-oriented thinking.
• Secure project management in German and English.
