About the Role

The Indirects Procurement Manager is a pivotal, company-wide role responsible for the end-to-end management, mapping, and optimization of Field’s corporate and operational indirect expenditure. • Identify opportunities to consolidate vendor pools across international lines to leverage portfolio volumes for bulk discounts.
  • Build simple, accessible procurement templates and buying guidelines.
  • Partner with HR to tender and manage global benefits packages, insurance policies, international recruitment frameworks, and relocation or contingent labor services.
  • Support Finance by auditing and negotiating corporate financial tools, tax advisory contracts, and audit services.
  • Map, centralize, and rationalize all software subscriptions across departments.
  • Work alongside technical and IT teams to negotiate complex software licenses, cloud infrastructure, hardware procurement, and global telecommunications contracts.
  • Manage facilities contracts, office leases, health and safety providers, and corporate travel programs across all localized European hubs.
  • Design and execute standard RFP/RFQ processes for global indirect services.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial schedules, Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and SLA terms directly.
  • Ensure vendor contract terms protect Field’s data security, intellectual property, and regulatory alignment across international jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in indirect procurement or commercial management within a fast-paced scale-up, startup, or high-growth corporate environment.
  • Proven experience managing global spend and supporting stakeholders across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • A degree in law, a legal qualification, or an advanced background in contract management is essential.
  • Must feel completely comfortable reviewing and amending contractual language directly.
  • Proven experience moving procurement processes forward successfully when dealing with missing information or busy internal stakeholders.
  • Expert-level capability in analyzing financial spend, spotting hidden supplier margins, and translating data into clear, calculated cost-saving strategies.
  • Degree educated (Bachelor's or Master's in Law, Business, or Finance preferred).
  • CIPS/MCIPS or equivalent professional procurement certification is highly desirable.
