About the Role
Join Retailors as an Assistant Store Manager at our new NIKE store at Castle Towers. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, focusing on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience and fostering a positive culture.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results.
- Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrate true LEADERSHIP, impacting people and outcomes.
- Show genuine CARE for your team, customers, and business success.
- Take ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations.
- Practice meaningful TRANSPARENCY through open and consistent communication.
- Have the courage to INNOVATE, bringing fresh ideas and leading change.
- A passion for NIKE, health, and fitness.
- Must be an Australian or NZ citizen or have an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.
