About the Role
This role offers a leadership opportunity within the Shared Services team at Evolution Mining's Group Office in Sydney. You will guide a team, influence service delivery across multiple operations, and contribute to the development of the Shared Services function, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant transactional finance services.
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing the AP/AR team
- Managing service delivery and stakeholder relationships across multiple sites
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting performance outcomes
- Supporting vendor management and compliance activities
- Driving continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives
- Contributing to the broader Shared Services leadership team
- Supporting reporting and insights that assist business decision making
Requirements
- Experience leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or transactional finance teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience coaching and developing team members
- Exposure to Shared Services or multi-site operational environments
- Strong systems capability, including ERP platforms and advanced Excel
- Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI will be highly regarded
- A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach to leadership
