About the Role
Vialto Partners is seeking a Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager to lead a growing Japanese-speaking team in the UK. This role involves managing client engagements, delivering expert tax advice, and supporting team development in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client engagements for businesses of various sizes.
- Provide tax advice on tax residence, cross-border moves, tax equalisation, remote working, and commuting.
- Develop new opportunities through proactive client and market engagement.
- Deliver work to a high standard and meet deadlines.
- Review work and coach junior colleagues.
- Manage and develop client relationships through business development activities.
- Stay updated on evolving tax legislation and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in a broad range of Global Mobility Tax matters.
- Comfortable managing client engagements and projects.
- Ability to deliver across a broad range of complex areas.
- Experience driving key team initiatives and supporting team development.
- Ability to build and nurture strong client and colleague relationships.
- Ability to work within a team globally and nationally, and independently.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing global mobility tax projects.
- Strong background in UK tax.
- Practical experience in the areas outlined.
