About the Role
This role delivers high-volume, luxury beverage service to gaming guests across the main gaming floor and private gaming areas within Crown Sydney's premium gaming environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading bar teams during service to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Supporting daily operations across the gaming floor and private gaming areas
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating team members to achieve high performance
- Maintaining luxury service standards in a fast-paced environment
- Building strong relationships with guests through proactive engagement
- Monitoring operational efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with RSA, gaming, safety and operating procedures
- Creating a positive team culture focused on service excellence
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a premium bar, gaming floor or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing teams
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards suited to a luxury environment
- Comfortable engaging with guests and leading by example in a highly visible role
- Strong organisational, decision-making and time-management skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across a 24/7 operation (overnights required)
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (subject to police and credit checks)
- Experience supervising teams within premium bar, gaming or hospitality environments
- A genuine passion for luxury service and guest engagement
- Strong operational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Confidence working in a guest-facing gaming environment
- An ability to support and inspire teams while consistently leading by example
