About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to launch and scale a new debt paydown product for Dashers. This role involves turning a successful pilot into a scalable product that handles real money movement, requiring an operator who can manage compliance, reconciliation, and the Dasher experience simultaneously. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to grow into a general manager role by shipping a regulated fintech product end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Own launch readiness end-to-end, including financial compliance review and funds-flow documentation.
  • Build the operational backbone for the product, including daily reconciliation and a support playbook for payment issues.
  • Make policy decisions regarding payment caps, routing limits, and handling reversed payments.
  • Own the phased rollout and its measurement, including sequencing, FAQs, support enablement, and instrumentation for debt-reduction readouts.
  • Analyze and problem-solve issues in live money-movement products.
  • Drive execution for launch readiness, including compliance sign-off, funds flow, and daily reconciliation.
  • Instrument the debt-reduction readout and counter-metrics to track genuine debt reduction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and Treasury.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-growth teams (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills backed by data (SQL or Excel modeling).
  • Ability to pressure-test metric definitions.
  • Curious, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity; ability to turn open questions into written decisions with owners.
  • Experience shipping a product with a hard launch date.
  • Ability to reason about money movement (settlement timing, reconciliation, failed/returned payments) or ability to learn quickly.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
