About the Role
Based in Sydney, this role leads sales performance, customer partnerships, and team capability for NSW & ACT. Reporting to the Head of Field Sales, you will manage a team of four, represent TWE in key forums, and drive the growth of our wine portfolio in the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across NSW and ACT
- Deliver regional sales, revenue, volume and market share objectives
- Build strong partnerships with key retail and on-premise customers
- Drive execution of sales strategies across all channels and accounts
- Represent TWE at customer events, industry functions and networking forums
- Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and strengthen market position
- Partner with customers to deliver mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Use market insights and data to inform regional planning and decision-making
- Act as a visible leader and ambassador for TWE across the NSW and ACT market
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing successful sales teams
- Strong knowledge of the NSW retail and on-premise liquor market
- Established relationships and presence with key customers across the region
- Demonstrated success delivering sales growth and commercial results
- A visible and influential leader who builds credibility and trust
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
- Calm, adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced commercial environment
