About the Role

Based in Sydney, this role leads sales performance, customer partnerships, and team capability for NSW & ACT. Reporting to the Head of Field Sales, you will manage a team of four, represent TWE in key forums, and drive the growth of our wine portfolio in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across NSW and ACT
  • Deliver regional sales, revenue, volume and market share objectives
  • Build strong partnerships with key retail and on-premise customers
  • Drive execution of sales strategies across all channels and accounts
  • Represent TWE at customer events, industry functions and networking forums
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and strengthen market position
  • Partner with customers to deliver mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Use market insights and data to inform regional planning and decision-making
  • Act as a visible leader and ambassador for TWE across the NSW and ACT market

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and developing successful sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of the NSW retail and on-premise liquor market
  • Established relationships and presence with key customers across the region
  • Demonstrated success delivering sales growth and commercial results
  • A visible and influential leader who builds credibility and trust
