About the Role
This role is key to ensuring production lines operate safely and efficiently, driving a proactive maintenance culture focused on reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead site maintenance activities, contractors, and maintenance trades.
- Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage SAP PM / CMMS systems, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
- Lead root cause analysis and breakdown investigations.
- Support production through planned shutdowns, changeovers, and equipment commissioning.
- Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and OEE improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and contractor performance.
- Lead safety, compliance, and continuous improvement programs across the site.
Requirements
- Proven maintenance leadership experience within FMCG, food, packaging, pharmaceuticals, personal care, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
- Sound knowledge of preventative maintenance, reliability improvement, and shutdown planning.
- Experience using SAP PM or CMMS systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with a focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
