About the Role
Partner with factory, supply chain, and finance teams to provide critical costing insights, improve business performance, and support strategic decision-making across manufacturing operations. This role offers a unique career pathway, starting at the Nestlé Head Office in Rhodes and progressing into a finance role within a factory, providing end-to-end exposure and accelerating development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver insights that improve manufacturing performance, profitability, and efficiency.
- Drive forecasting and business planning activities that support key operational decisions.
- Partner with factory and cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert insights on product costing, materials, and manufacturing processes to support operational excellence.
- Help shape best-practice ways of working while ensuring strong financial governance and controls.
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing finance, costing, or a factory-based finance environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and business recommendations.
- A natural relationship builder who partners effectively across functions and builds strong stakeholder relationships.
- Confidence to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive better business outcomes.
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with a passion for finding smarter ways of working.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new technologies and digital tools, including AI.
