Manage guest experience and serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive guest journey from initial contact through departure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests regarding questions, requests, and complaints.
- Ensure a positive guest journey from first contact to departure.
- Handle and respond to online reviews.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, F&B, and events teams.
- Organize and support guest events & community activities.
- Uphold quality and service standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a genuine service mindset.
- Friendly, open personality with a passion for working with international guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Resilient and flexible, including willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
