Join Rydges North Sydney as a casual cook, contributing to our F&B outlets and adding the 'wow' factor for our customers. This role is an opportunity to grow your career within Australasia's leading experience creators.
Responsibilities
- Work across F&B outlets in the hotel.
- Prepare food with a passion and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a cook in hotels, restaurants, or bistros.
- Experience working across different sections in the kitchen is ideal.
- Good organization and knowledge around different cooking skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, in a busy environment and follow kitchen procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
