About the Role
Rydges North Sydney is seeking casual cooks to join their creative team, working across the F&B outlets within the hotel. This role is an opportunity to contribute to a team that creates memorable experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Work across F&B outlets within the hotel.
- Prepare food.
- Follow kitchen procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a cook in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
- Experience working across different sections in the kitchen is ideal.
- Good organisation and knowledge around different cooking skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, in a busy environment.
- Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
