Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring outcomes are aligned to strategic business objectives and Qantas Group priorities
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and project governance across multiple workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, resources, and key milestones to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, managing resources, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, team members, specialist partners and external providers
  • Network internally to achieve project objectives, clear roadblocks, support decision-making and maintain delivery momentum

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Technical Project Management experience
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience leading enterprise risk, governance, cyber or technology uplift initiatives
  • Ability to manage governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and decision pathways
  • Able to work cross-functionally and align business unit processes to enterprise processes
  • Experience coordinating workstreams across assessment, data, communications and business readiness
  • Right to work in Australia / New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship
