About the Role
We deliver innovative buildings projects across a diverse range of markets including Defence, Water, Transport, Health and Life Sciences. Responsibilities
- Support on building projects across sectors including arts & culture, aviation, defence, transport, civic, and life sciences.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and consultants to drive innovative, sustainable design solutions.
- Technical delivery of mechanical designs, including drawings, specifications and calculations.
- Assist in the development of standardised mechanical workflows.
- Actively participate in client and group meetings, shaping project strategies and building long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to a workplace culture that values collaboration, creativity, and purpose-driven work.
Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical engineering.
- At least 8+ yrs of relevant experience based locally preferred.
- Possess a high level of design creativity with the ability to develop technically robust structural concepts whilst maintaining a strong focus on the design intent.
- Commercially aware with the ability to successfully lead structural and multidisciplinary projects through all phases whilst managing and developing strong client relationships.
- Desire to work within a multidisciplinary team, driving innovation and excellence, contributing to workplace culture.
- CPEng or an ability to attain preferred.
- Ability to attain Defence Clearance / Defence experience preferred.
