About the Role

We deliver innovative buildings projects across a diverse range of markets including Defence, Water, Transport, Health and Life Sciences. With a strong focus on social and environmental outcomes, you’ll have the opportunity to shape spaces that make a real impact on communities and the world around us.

Responsibilities

  • Support on building projects across sectors including arts & culture, aviation, defence, transport, civic, and life sciences.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and consultants to drive innovative, sustainable design solutions.
  • Technical delivery of mechanical designs, including drawings, specifications and calculations.
  • Assist in the development of standardised mechanical workflows.
  • Actively participate in client and group meetings, shaping project strategies and building long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to a workplace culture that values collaboration, creativity, and purpose-driven work.

Requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical engineering.
  • At least 8+ yrs of relevant experience based locally preferred.
  • Possess a high level of design creativity with the ability to develop technically robust structural concepts whilst maintaining a strong focus on the design intent.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to successfully lead structural and multidisciplinary projects through all phases whilst managing and developing strong client relationships.
  • Desire to work within a multidisciplinary team, driving innovation and excellence, contributing to workplace culture.
  • CPEng or an ability to attain preferred.
  • Ability to attain Defence Clearance / Defence experience preferred.
