About the Role

You will play an essential role behind the scenes, providing vital support to ensure seamless project execution and shaping the future of transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop project scopes, define requirements, and support project planning activities.
  • Prepare briefing notes, business cases, and supporting documentation to facilitate funding requests, approvals, and informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate and manage technical configuration changes, ensuring compliance with governance processes and operational requirements.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, including coordinating project documentation, reporting, schedules, risks, and actions.
  • Monitor project progress against key milestones and performance indicators, identifying and escalating issues as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives, priorities, and deadlines are achieved.
  • Provide advice and support on project delivery, procurement, contracting, and governance activities.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and communications to keep stakeholders informed and support successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and operational processes.
