Responsibilities
- Monitor blood pressure and temperature of patients
- Ensure the delivery of meals
- Provide safe transport for patients
- Provide compassionate patient focus
- Perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Improve the patient experience
- Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment
- Measure and record temperatures, pulses, respiration and blood pressure
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR Training from the American Heart Association
- Must meet one of the following: previous nurse's aide experience in a hospital setting, certification from an approved accredited nurse aide training program, or current enrollment in a BSN program
