About the Role

ACAP is seeking a Marketing Strategist to support major marketing projects and initiatives that contribute to brand strength, business growth, and student acquisition. This role involves working across multiple departments and with external partners to ensure timely and impactful delivery of strategic marketing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market strategies for new course and product launches.
  • Collaborate with academics and product owners to ensure marketing aligns with course value proposition.
  • Manage cross-functional timelines and coordinate rollout of assets and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and support their efforts in promoting new courses and educational services.
  • Manage complex and high-impact marketing projects such as campus branding, new system and process rollouts, and brand asset upgrades.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and reporting frameworks.
  • Track milestones and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee market research projects such as mystery shopping, brand tracking, competitor reviews, and student focus groups.
  • Analyse and present findings to support marketing decisions and strategic planning.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to integrate insights into planning.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing insights.
  • Identify and recommend new marketing strategies, technologies, or processes to support growth.
  • Work with senior leaders to develop business cases for marketing innovation.
  • Support change management and communications as needed for new initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team, ensuring tasks, deadlines and deliverables are effectively coordinated.
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking and other marketing administration processes.
  • Manage the marketing inbox and be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing new products or services.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Experience in managing external vendors and agencies.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for the education industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while delivering operational excellence.
