About the Role
As part of the Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS) organization, a Strategic Sourcer builds and executes candidate generation strategies and partners with Recruiters and hiring managers. The focus is on understanding the business, roles, and market by executing sourcing strategies that target passive candidates with an emphasis on pace and quality. You will partner with the onsite ITS Team to provide input and execute sourcing strategy to attract top industry talent.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify top talent.
- Leverage a top-tier tech sourcing stack to identify and engage leads across multiple business lines.
- Build talent pipelines for key skill sets to proactively provide talent to hiring teams and expedite the hiring process.
- Act as the key point of contact for interested leads and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Serve as the market expert within the industry space, providing regular reporting on talent landscaping, competitor analysis, and resourcing research.
- Experiment with creative and innovative sourcing strategies to understand and engage the talent market.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in outreach methods, challenging current methods of engaging talent, and setting high expectations for diversity in the candidate funnel and slates.
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting and funnel metrics.
- Collaborate with internal partners like Talent Branding and TA Pathways on campaigns and initiatives to increase diversity and brand awareness.
- Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools aligned with the Equinix workforce plan.
- Drive conversion from passive to active candidates by positively presenting Equinix in the market.
- Outline Equinix's market position and build external candidates' knowledge of opportunity fit, level, and compensation structure.
- Be authentic with external talent and make exploring opportunities with Equinix appealing for both current and future consideration.
Requirements
- Extensive Talent Acquisition Sourcing experience across several lines of business and geographies.
- Experience in the technology or start-up sector.
- Experience in a full-life cycle, research, or pure sourcing role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to tell a story.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with urgency.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to take insights to stakeholders and challenge the status quo.

- Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / Annual
- United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 90,000 - 136,000 USD / Annual
