About the Role
WFS is seeking an ambitious and driven graduate to begin their career with a global organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our HR and Payroll team, learning all aspects of HR and Payroll while collaborating with talented individuals.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll changes, ensuring accurate data upload to the payroll system.
- Prepare payroll reports to support business requests.
- Support recruitment activities, including creating job advertisements, sifting applications, and assisting with interviews.
- Manage onboarding and induction requirements for employees within the defined area.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Manage HR administration, ensuring systems are updated, processes are completed, and data is accurate.
Requirements
- Degree educated or equivalent, ideally in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Ability to analyze data and knowledge of using Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good team player.
- Ability to be discreet when handling confidential data.
- Subject to a background check including a criminal record check, 5-year employment history, and a drug & alcohol test.
