About the Role

NURSING HOME, SENIOR LIVING, HOSPITAL, HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Dietary Supervisor for long term care nursing facility in Cortland, NY.

Responsibilities

• Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift.
• Properly opens or closes the department as required.
• Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
• Performs other job-related duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior Supervisor experience.
• Nursing Home, Hospital, or Healthcare experience REQUIRED!
