Responsibilities
- Propose property information that matches client needs.
- Gather and introduce property information, conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and finalize lease agreements.
- Advise on the content of lease agreements.
- Manage leasing for entrusted properties.
- Provide integrated solutions for corporate clients' real estate challenges in collaboration with other departments and branches.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics real estate sales.
- Possession of a regular driver's license.
- Experience in commercial real estate leasing brokerage.
- Experience in corporate sales.
- Connections with the logistics, warehousing, finance, or construction industries.
- Possession of a licensed real estate transaction agent qualification.
